The participant must complete the free ISDH Indiana TRAIN online course. Select ISDH TB Basic Course #5338.

Then, complete the American Lung Association in Indiana TB Competency Validation Check-off session within 60 days. Find a location and contact the instructor for times and fees. This card is valid for three years.

To complete the Competency Check-Off Session, you must be a nurse, physician, or paramedic certified in Indiana.

This TB Skin Test Provider Course is only offered in Indiana.
