Course lasts up to 4 hours

To be able to take this course, you must have performed at an Excellent level on the practical, received at least 90 percent on the written exam, and been recommended by the course faculty.

You can then attend an Instructor Course. After the instructor course, you will be monitored while leading a lecture and a skill station. During observation, instructor candidates must demonstrate professional and supportive instruction. You'll be evaluated on your ability to provide instruction consistent with the ITLS material and work with the course director and coordinator to achieve course objectives.
