The HeartCode ACLS course is an official, self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program from the American Heart Association (AHA). HeartCode ACLS uses eSimulation technology to present realistic patient scenarios. Students are presented with a team dynamics lesson, ACLS hospital-based case scenarios, and a written exam.

Students assess each patient, formulate a treatment plan based on ACLS guidelines, and provide treatment.

After you take the online course, you will need to come in and check off your skills in person with an AHA Instructor. Students who successfully complete the online portion of the class will receive a certificate. Please make sure you bring the certification or email it to your instructor. You will be issued an AHA ACLS course completion E-card upon successful completion of your skills.
